Today I received my first Crafty Creatives box. Never heard of it? Well basically it is a monthly box filled with crafting goodies, all based around a particular theme. This months theme is……….Woodland! 

I couldn’t have been happier with the items I received. This box included:

• An art card by Lucy www.lucyshappyplace.com
• A felting kit (sounds fun but I’m bound to hurt myself!!)
• Toadstool beads
• Skeleton leaves
• Leaf pendants
• Fox beads
• Wooden leaf buttons
• Owl fabric
• Flower soft (never heard of this so can’t wait to test it out)
• Owl pendant
• Birch hearts
• A pine cone

I’m going to have to use the owl pendant to make a necklace as it’s too cute to not show off. And I’m thinking of somehow combining the birch hearts with some of the leaf pendants and buttons to create a kind of mobile/wind chime style decoration to hang in the study/craft room. I’m sure inspiration will hit eventually but for now I just keep looking and smiling at everything!!
